The lyrics talk about a daring escape from the police: the streets of Chicago, gunfire, bullets grazing the car, danger, the feeling that the end is near and the last thought goes to ones you will never see again. Metaphorically, that's how we deal with fear and anxiety through Rock’n’Roll."
