It's a cover of The Equals from 1967 and a song later made famous by legendary punkrockers The Clash. The band is currently recording its third album, to be released via Go Down Records this autumn. Spread the word!

"We chose 'Police On My Back' by The Equals because it is still a relevant anthem. We recorded it while the Black Lives Matter riots were exploding in the US. But you don't have to go overseas to see how military, political, economic or class power sometimes condemns the weakest to death. Here in Italy the memory of the Cucchi case is alive. Moreover, The Equals is a black and white band and their sound blends the white London beat with black Jamaican influences. This combination seems tailor-made for us, who love punk and classic blues".
